Terms and Conditions - Seacoast Peachy Kleen, LLC
Seacoast Peachy Kleen, LLC reserves the right to make amendments to these conditions without prior notice. By engaging Seacoast Peachy Kleen, LLC's services, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions.
NO CONTRACT:
This agreement is not contractually binding for the client or Seacoast Peachy Kleen, LLC. The client may cancel a recurring or one-time cleaning service up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge. Seacoast Peachy Kleen, LLC retains the right to cancel services at any time.
OFFICE HOURS:
Our office operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. After-hours and weekend messages via voicemail, email, or text will be addressed on the next business day.
PAYMENT:
Full payments are due at the time of your cleaning. Payments can be made in cash, check (payable to Seacoast Peachy Kleen, LLC), or through Venmo (@peachykleen603). Your account will be charged the balance plus any fees unless an alternate form of payment is provided at the time of service. A $25 fee is applicable for returned checks. Late payments will result in a $30 fee, and payment is due within 24 hours to avoid late charges.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
A cleaning fee may be imposed if there is a gap of five or more weeks between cleanings.
CANCELLATION:
Seacoast Peachy Kleen, LLC requires a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Failure to provide notice will result in a 50% charge of the cleaning price.
SCHEDULING:
Recurring cleanings are scheduled based on consultation priorities. Arrival times are approximate, and a one-hour window is recommended for unexpected delays. Please note that scheduling may change on Seacoast Peachy Kleen, LLC's end, but the company commits to providing at least 48 hours' notice for any adjustments, allowing ample time for permission to do so.
ACCESS:
Clients are required to provide access to their homes on scheduled cleaning days. Failure to grant access will be considered a cancellation.
EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES:
We provide all cleaning equipment and supplies. Clients may request the use of their products or equipment, but Seacoast Peachy Kleen, LLC cannot be held liable for any issues.
BREAKAGE/LOSS:
Notification of breakage/loss must be made within 48 hours of service.
REFUNDS:
No refunds are issued. Clients unsatisfied with the service must notify Seacoast Peachy Kleen, LLC within 24 hours for corrective action.
SERVICE LIMITATIONS:
For safety reasons, we do not climb higher than a two-step ladder. We do not handle bio-hazardous materials, items over 20 pounds, or firearms. Move out/in cleans exclude stove interiors, refrigerator/freezer interiors, and outside windowsills.
